Born on March 21, 1963 in Moscow.

In 1986 graduated the Moscow State Institute of Telecommunications, majoring in “Radio communication and radio broadcasting”.

1986-1988 served in the Signal Corps of the USSR Armed Forces.

Started work in 1998 as an engineer with the Scientific and Production Organization “Energy”.

In 1990 transferred to the Main Center of Domestic Long Distance Communication as Leading Engineer of the DLD Television Service.

1994 – 1998 Head of the Digital Lines Section and since 1998 –Director for Operations, “Telecom-Center”. In 2005 after the merger of “Telecom-Centre”, “Comet” and “Alsean-N” with CJSC “Synterra” he became Director for Operations of the amalgamated company.

In July 2006 was appointed Chief Technical Officer of CJSC “Synterra”.

Received acknowledgements of the Government of the Russian Federation for active participation in spotlighting activities of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Married with a daughter.
